Parked at 3am, stole the big spot, hit the gym then work. Temp when I leave today will be 75 degrees, humidity 44%, dew point 55 degrees. Hauling *** out of here later from the airport with the top down, to Cape May via the woods, with long and winding roads, then take the beach route back to Ocean City. What a nice day for a Jaguar . Everyone enjoy the weekend. Cheers.

Proof positive that there should be a federal law against any state requiring a front plate.

I just moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina from the Jersey Shore area (Point Pleasant) a little over a year ago. My car was from the Carolina's so it didn't have the bracket in front when I bought it and I didn't want to install one. I drove in New Jersey for a year and a half with no front tag and never got stopped.

The fine in New Jersey for no front tag is $54 and no points. The bracket as I recall was $150. So I figured I could get stopped three times to break even. Never got stopped.

Have a great weekend but, watch out for local speed traps in the Cape May area they are brutal.

Hey enjoy SC. Hope all is well. I'm now trying to get it thru inspection. My sticker expired in 2017. I have a good radar detector hard wired but never went off all day yesterday. It was so nice out. I love the Jersey shore when the temps are like this. 61 this morning with a dew point of 44 degrees.

I loved the Jersey Shore in the shoulder season (after Labor Day). Less people nice temps! Came to Myrtle Beach on a whim got here on a Wednesday and bought a house on Saturday we love it. Was kind of a no brainer, my taxes in NJ were $7500 per year, here I have a bigger house/lot taxes are $632 per year. And no Snow!

BTW South Carolina does not have vehicle inspections! Just move and you don't have to get it inspected hahaha

Cheers!

Thanks Andrew. Yea, that would be easier for sure. My taxes are crazy. Enjoy it down there. As we talked a few years back, we still don't have a Jaguar dealer down here.
