I have a 98 black/black vert that has just had major body modifications done to the front end due to my teenage daughter backing her Cherokee into it yesterday. The body shop has indicated that I will need a new hood, bumper surround, grille and assorted ancillary parts. I've searched but have been un able to determine if a later (05) front bumper and grill would be a bolt in modification since the parts have to be replaced anyway. Anyone have any experience/recommendations? I am also contemplating an XKR hood as well.

Not sure about the bumper, but the XKR hood will definitely fit. The only difference is the vents.

It will fit with some minor modifications.

The biggest difference is that the fender liners are not wide enough, so you will either need to get them along with a salvage bumper or make some extensions.

Also IMO the biggest difference is where the bumper bolts just in front of the hood, you will need some 5/8ish (16mm) spacers in 4 places, the ends bolt up the same so do the fenders. Yes Chaz is right you will need the wheel liner extensions and a new/different under tray. You also need different fog lights
