Default Location of OBD port on UK 2000MY car

As the title says, I've hunted for the OBD port without success on my RHD 2000MY car. I've searched the forum but only found info on LHD cars. Can anybody help. Is the car OBD compliant, if not how does one access the fault codes.
Any help much appreciated.
For info, the XK8 joins my XJ-S and X-Type.

Just npticed, I need to up-date my sig

Should be on the A pillar right about where your right knee would be sitting in drivers seat.

This is a 2005 XK8 but the location of the RHD port is the same on the 2000MY:

No need for any dismantling to access the OBD port. I took the photo when I was removing the Instrument Pack and it's the only one I have showing the port location.

On My 2001 LHD it is mounted vertically just inside the door frame. If you have the dongle plugged in your left shin will hit it getting in and out of the car. I assume in the RHD it would be in the same location. It is right where the dashpad attaches to the doorframe.

Thanks all. How did I not see that before, even had a mirror and a torch down there. Its obvious once its pointed out. Thanks again, now to see if I can sort out the Restricted Performance Mode, Incorrect Part fitted, and engine management light.

Here's mine - 2000 XKR RHD - socket is under the dash by your right knee next to the door.

Wow! I can't upload or insert pictures anymore!

Sorry.

https://www.hum.com/port

Allan, I was just about to post a friendly reminder that USA law requires the port be within ## inches of ignition switch. The number slipped my mind so I went to look it up.

Came across this link that points it out for whatever car choosen.

Except it's on the other sideof the car on a RHD - US regs are no more than 36" from the centre of the steering wheel.
