Default The morning shakes........

I have found that in the morning here in AZ when its 50-60ish the R has a slight front end shake, at speed above 30, (tires) but as soon as its got a couple miles on her (I live in the country, a couple miles is done at 65mph) it smooths out and is fine the rest of the day.

Tire issue ?? Suspension ?? Tires are still more than good as they looked like they were replaced recently. If the car sits out overnight (got forbid but it happened) the morning sun shining on the car (and tires) warms it enough that its fine and there is no shake. Its all a cold tire issue it seems.

My Pirelli's do that too. Never noticed it much on RI roads, but here in FL on the smooth pavement it's very noticable @ 30-35 mph for a couple miles in the AM. My car has had all front end components R&R'd in the last year, so it's the tires. Someone posted about always getting a tire balance after the tires are warmed up to avoid any errors because of tire flat spots when cold. Sounds like good advice. So, just put your foot into and get those tires warmed quicker! Maybe a few zigzags down the street will help.

Sounds like typical overnight tire flat-spotting to me. After a few miles of driving, the tires get up to temperature and the tires round out. Not unusual and no harm done, but I know it is annoying. Probably not much you can do about it unless you're willing to park overnight on four heating pads cranked up to high, one for each tire....

I have found that most, if not all, High Performance Tires are prone to Flat Spotting, even after being parked for short periods. Colder temperatures only aggravate this.

The XK8s are VERY Sensitive to Out-of-Round or Un-Balanced Wheels or Tires.

My Tires (General Exclaim UHPs) do this, but recover after a mile or two of driving.
