Nameless cat users: how long did you have to wait for delivery?
I ordered mine a week ago and since then the online order status has been stuck on "Awaiting pickup", which, according to Nameless' own lexicon means "Work Order printed and put into build queue".
So basically, my cats haven't been made yet. Is this usual?

Owners will be able to give you a more detailed response Frog.
But from the time when they were a forum sponsor I have the impression that they are more a bespoke supplier and don't carry large stock on the shelves, but manufacture to order.
I'll stay subscribed, in order to follow your progress.
Please let us know how things progress, good/bad.
Hopefully 'good', I don't ever remember seeing 'bad'.

I purchased the last of the initial lot of 10 they built, but my understanding is that they do often build to order, especially on Jag parts which are relatively low volume. They are a very small organization.
OK, thanks. What I find slightly disappointing is the fact that when I placed the order, there was no indication as to the leadtime. I had assumed, perhaps naively, that the pipes were in stock. They also had no qualms about debiting my card immediately, despite knowing that they would not be able to ship immediately.
I have an online sales business and I never treat my customers like that. A simple email along the lines of 'it will take us 10 days to build the pipes for you, would you mind waiting a little while?'. The answer is 'no problem', but when faced with a total lack of communication and what amounts to a fait accompli, it's another matter entirely.
Let's just hope the cats are worth the wait.

Same here - I think the product is very good, but it is a small company that struggles with its own internal processes and external communication at times.
I don't know whether there is anyone else making these things, and having heard some cats made by them, I was committed to dealing with them. I am happy with the end result but it did take a while. Added to the excitement I guess. Once I decided to buy them I wanted them NOW and I had to get over that.
As someone else pointed out, one way to contact them is via the "Contact" tab that pops up at the bottom of the page when you go here:
Nameless Performance Inc. Store
If there is someone online at their end, it is possible to chat live and get an update.

OK, that's good to hear. I am in no particular hurry, but IF THEY COULD JUST REPLY TO MY MESSAGES and tell me there would be a 4-6 week wait, I'd be a lot happier. Surely even the smallest, most disorganised companies can reply to emails in this day and age?
It is a very small shop, it took a couple of weeks for mine but I got lucky and they were just about to do a run. I'd actually wanted the 400 cell versions but after waiting a year gave up and went the 200 cell route. Nature of small custom shops they often do nice work but aren't great with speed or communications.
