Default Need exhaust '02 XKR

ok..the passenger side rear resonator has sprung a leak on my XKR. I figure it's time to do the whole system.....I've been trying to find the Borla system as I've had their systems before (on other vehicles) and really liked them but, apparently, it's been discontinued and, can't be found. I don't like the idea of under the axle, and, don't trust most of the mechanics down here (south Florida)as i don't want my car sounding like a Japanese tuner or, a mustang....it needs to be refined but a good growl when playing would be ok...

Any advice?

Thanks but, Mina doesn't have it (Borla), don't think they can get it....same thing with The Driven Man. The Arden's more than I was hoping to spend.

Thanks, I'd be very interested, but are they compatible?

I don't know if they are compatible. Need some of the more knowledgable folks on here to weigh in on that one.

I have the Mina. It's under the axle. I have found no clearance problems at all. Under the axle is a straight shot. The Mina is highly polished stainless and sounds great. It is more expensive than some though.

There may be a few borla systems around...try contacting borla themselves...they probably have a toll free number on their website...i chose the mina and it looks awesome...the sound wasn't bad but needed more i thought...after alot of craziness...i put the magna flow crossover (x) pipe on (removed the center resonator) and got exactly what i was hoping for.....purrrrfect....good luck

I've spoke with Borla, Mina and " The Driving Man", none of them have and told me they can't get the Borla system anymore, I've had Borla on other vehicles and really like the sound, build and installation.

I'm about ready to pull the trigger and order the QuickSilver Exhausts system for the XK8 in my garage. I've been wanting it for quite some time. My local Aston Martin dealer will order it and install it. They've been putting a few on Aston Martins.
