Attempt to understand the options....

Thanks to all the contributions on various threads on this fascinating forum, I am close to solutions on phone and MP3 integration,. Through the forum, I have identified a solution for my phone (many thanks). I have read many of the many posts on the topic of MP3 integration and tried to apply them to my situation, but I am still uncertain on how to proceed.
My "reading" is that although I have a premium audio with an amp and no Satnav, there is a strong risk that I cannot use a standard PIE ALP AI‐AUX. That said I would be grateful for any views on whether I have this right. The attachment is an attempt to summarize the options I have for logical connections that need to be made at a simple level. Any feedback would be very helpful in helping me make up my mind.
