Default New from WISCONSIN

Hello everyone. Some what of a story as to how I got here, will try not to bore you. So, I have been a car enthusiast my whole life, and have gone through many cycles on the type and vintage of classic and modern cars. Most say I have “issues”. The story goes like this - my wife of 30 years has always wanted a Jaguar since we began dating in high school. I have always admired them, threatened to buy her one, but never pulled the trigger. A couple weeks ago I called the guy who builds engines for classic cars, for a few parts for my 68 chevelle SS convertible. We discuss my needs and in the same breath he states he is selling his 2003 XKR convertible. Needless to say, bought it on the spot. Clean car with 27,000 miles. The wife is really enjoying it, and I have to say it s an awesome car. Looking forward learning as much as I can about them and being part of a great community. Sorry for the length! , but we are super excited about this car.

Welcome to the club: it's the best forum on t'interweb, IMO and - as a self-help group - a good place to be for those of us who have issues

Picture(s), please.
