Default New XK8 floor mats

Have been looking for new mats for a while. I repaired and 'reconditioned' mine from an original set, but they look a bit 'vintage' (i.e. played). From the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club (UK) shop:

https://jec.org.uk/shop/bespoke-car-mats

Probably cheaper if you are a member, but I am not. I had to specify the single grommet version and the Jaguar writing in the message boxes when ordering. Took quite a while to arrive in 'the crazytimes', but going right in my car.

Fresh new carpets.

Nice. Mine are shot and I've been thinking about replacing them. How long did it take you to get them and what did shipping set you back?

Nice looking. How thick/plush are they? One of my less than 2 years old OEM floor mats has already developed a little almost tear where the heel pad meets the regular bit so looking for a better quality alternative.

I've ordered two sets, the first took quite a while because of the crazytimes (~8 weeks), but the second time took about 4 weeks. Delivery was 42 GBP in the most recent incarnation. I think the delivery the first time was a bit less expensive, but I can't immediately find the invoice.

I put the single hole specification and the addition of the printed Jaguar in the box for the year.

About the same as the originals, they will do a heel pad if you ask.

christ,

I would agree that the Best comes from Dave....you have hit the Nail on the Head! I got mine a couple years ago and they are still like new!

This Driver's Side Mat came from Dave in Scotland

It appears the only difference between the DCR ones and the JEC ones (the same vendor?) is that JEC was willing to put 'Jaguar' on them. No one else I talked to was willing to do this. I did not talk with DCR, however.
