Exclamation Please help - Busted rear hub on Brembo XKR

I have an 06 XKR that got hit. Everything else is fixed and ready to go, but the left rear hub is busted and the shop is saying they can't find the part to replace it.

I'm thinking it's possible, and I've been trying to search for clarification, to use a non-Brembo hub from an XK8 and modify it to fit the Brembo caliper like someone who would be doing a Brembo swap would do.

Is that correct? Thanks in advance!

Here's the busted piece:

A standard hub, it's the caliper that's adapted to fit it, if the caliper is ok it should bolt right up to the standard kit.

BTW never seen a hub snapped like that, wonder what the driveshaft, diff and carrier look like...

Holy smoke! Actually the XKR uses a different part number for the hub carrier than the XK8. Surprisingly they are cheaper than the XK8 carrier. If I recall they run around $520 from Jaguar. I highly recommend Stevinson Jaguar in Denver CO, their number is1-800-607-1506, very helpful service department!

Actually to be more accurate, the XKR hub carrier with the enhanced handling pack has a different part number. So if you have 20" wheels, cross drilled discs and Brembo calipers you have the handling package. Sorry if I confused anyone. My guess would be that the standard XKR has a different bolt pattern for the non-Brembo caliper.

One last thing, if you give the Jaguar parts dept the last six of your VIN they can tell you how the car was originally configured from the factory.

They said they're not available and Jaguar is looking for a supplier (not a good sign).

They haven't had any luck looking for a wrecked one either, so that's why I'm wondering if an XK8 hub can be modified to work.

What kind of impact / incident produced that damage?
