(See Photo) ....We have spent the rest of the Day trying to find where the Water came from...still don't know! Tomorrow is another day and the 3 of us will still be looking for the answer....I will let you know what we find as we search around underneath the Dash.....Where is the LEAK? Humm! Do you know?

AMAZING find and good work!
I need to go find that connector!

My car spent time underwater, and I have a no start with key issue, where I have a craftsman hand trigger that I use to start the car. Please give a little more detail as to WHERE that particular connector is and I'll go digging...!

Also, a little more detail on where that connector is exactly would give folks the info needed to help out? Could it be condensation liquids from the AC system, maybe?

JayJagJay....

This little Plastic Box is located on the Right-side of the Console part of the Dash on the Passenger's side of the Car....Right-side (USA)----Left-side (Eng)....up under the Foot-well.....After running Water over the Outside of the Car most of the Day, looking for a Leak and not finding one...I have given up! Instead, I drilled a couple of Holes down on the bottom sides of the Plastic Box, with hopes that they will allow any water that might get in to drain out......I can only guess but apparently, the moisture is from condensation created by the A/C Unit.........If you find another cause, please let me know! It's strange to me that it took 18 years for this to fail.......I don't know where all the wires go to but one day the Car started-up just fine and the next there was nothing!!!

Hopefully, I have fixed this mess....It's strange to put the Key in the ignition and turn it and nothing happens, not even a click!

I'll be digging. Got some nice weather this weekend for this kind of search. Thanks for the explanation! And again, good catch. I hope (did it?) the sorting of that plug gets this right for ya! And MeeeeTooooo, maybe. We'll see

I had a similar problem and thanks to GGG I fixed it. That Junction box in the trunk looked brand new and the cables as well but I found I could tighten them slightly and I did. Never had the problem again!
