The little metal bracket that screws to the mirror and holds the mirror to the base, does anybody make a replacement part or better yet, is there an upgrade to this defect?

I barely bumped my mirror Friday and now it will not stay on.

 

If your little metal bracket isn't actually broken, it can be carefully repaired to hold tightly. I just did this repair a few weeks ago. Forum member Gus has a page on the procedure...you can find it HERE:
