Recommended torque/nm for these bolts?

Default Recommended torque/nm for these bolts?
Dear forum,

Changing the spark plugs today I found these 2 bolts loose. the right one was really so loose it could be turned by hand. Anyone know the correct nm for these?

I think they're 9-11 Nm
