So I know about the functionality where turning and holding the key in the keyhole rolls the windows up or down. Is there a a way to have this happen using the key fob? It looks like it's part of Jagwrangler's remote top control, so I wonder if that would be the way to go about it for a coupe as well.

 

Yes, our same remote kit can be installed on the coupe and it will work for window control. I have sold a few for this purpose.

 

Good to know. Looking at the instructions on your website (specifically the 00-06 LHD version, https://www.thejagwrangler.com/uploa...odule_v1.4.pdf ), would a coupe owner just have to tap the appropriate wires in the door (up to steps 17) and ignore steps 18-25?

 

No, you have to follow the full instructions (all the steps) on the coupe also. Just during the testing phase, 'Top Drop' will be interpreted as windows down only and 'Top Raise' would be interpreted as windows up only.
