Can it be used in any way in my 97 XK8 with 74k on the clock?

Seafoam probably works the same way Lucas Oil products work. Its just that Seafoam gives you a show. Kinda like the magic elixar salesman of old. Wow look at it smoke it must be working!!! I have used the Lucas products in my 99 XK without any issue's. But several others on this forum like the BG44 ? cleaners for injectors.

The choice is up to you!
