It's HJA3835AA. Jaguar calls it a 'Finisher cap'. They are available new, although they're about a fiver each 
Jaguar seems to use those grotty washer-head screws in a few places where they can rust:- I swopped them out for some A4 SS screws & washers.

Naughty. Some retailers do have vivid imaginations:- that is just plain gouging. Heritage (=dealer prices) has them for £5.24.
