Someone posted pic of torque for sway bar/endlink
I can't find it now. There was a pic posted of the torque spec for the front sway bar bushing and the sway bar end link. It was a pic of all those parts, I can't find it. Wanted to give it to my shop when they put them on so it is done right.
Tim,
Specs are in this diagram, does that help?
I'm having a hell of a time posting images to the forum tonight. I'm not sure if the image will display. I just looked at it. This is what you need right?

As John says or https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...nk-job-151814/ if you'd like the workshop manual picture.

I will. Even the dude at the shop says the sway bar bushing are prob shot. He says that the orig jag parts he has seen on these go out at 40/50k. I should know this time tomorrow.

Well I have the car back. WAY better. After new shocks/springs/upper-lower bushings/upper control arm bushings and word that my ball joints were in good shape I still had (I knew I would) a good thumping from both sides of the front end on bumps. I had the sway bar bushings and end links put on and now she is quiet as can be. Really nice. This is my 2nd Jag. Nice to have one that is pretty sound suspension wise now.
So including this last repairs since I have had it I have done all the cooling system (not radiator or heater core), All the intake system off and cleaned, new gaskets, fuel rails cleaned up, injectors cleaned, every freaking hose in the engine bay done I now start the car now at 101k off to a hopefully pain free driving time for awhile.

Tim, seems like every little improvement has a positive impact doesn't it. I've still got several more bushings and a pair of rear shocks to replace, but reviews like this help me prioritize my todo list. Thanks for letting us know.
Funny thing is that they said the bushings and end links LOOKED FINE while still on the car. I told them to replace them anyways. I did not get to see the parts afterwards, he asked if I wanted too, stupid me said no. I wish I had so I could see them for myself.
