Question Squeaky

This might be a dumb question, but does anybody know a good way to stop my windows from squeaking? By that I mean when I open or close the front windows I get a pretty loud squeaking and squealing. I do clean the windows and dry them. I'm not too fond of using Rain-X. TIA.

Silicone grease spray. Windows down. Put a little bit on the tip of your finger. Lubricate the inside of the window seal and spray the other bits where the window slides against rubber. Do not use too much. Squeak gone.

I had that problem with the rubber along the edge of the rear window. Does it make the noise when rolled up while door is open? If not then you have the same problem.

+1 on silicone does the job.

I'll give the silicone a shot. I'm sure I'll find a bunch of uses for it anyway. Not sure about when the door is open, I mostly notice it when I first open the driver's window.

It squeaks because its dry. Silicone should fix it. I am a little OCD about rattles, squeaks and rust. They are not allowed on my car.
