Stuck ABS wheel sensor
I need to replace one of my front wheel sensors, but the existing sensor is stuck fast and does not wish to budge. I have removed the bolt and soaked the sensor in penetrating fluid. I have tried levering and twisting, but with no luck. I have not used too much force as I don't wish break it. Has anyone else had the same experience and found a simple solution?
Try heating it up with a hair dryer. Five minutes or so of a hair dryer set to "high" may be enough to break it free with light taps from a rubber mallet after the sensor casing gets hot enough....

Success: Lots of gentle persuasion and leverage and a little heat as suggested and it started to move a little. Much more of the same together with penetrating fluid and out it came. Now to order the replacement and hope it goes in a little easier.
New sensor arrived today (cost me £11 on Ebay). Couldn't wait, so fitted it in the rain. I am pleased to report that all warning lights have now disappeared and the ABS and traction control are working.
