Is there a trick to reinstall these hooks? It looks they they expand as the fastener is driven. But I can't get mine to reconnect properly.

It looks like they are not available anymore..

 

Yep I can confirm they are a real pain in the screwdriver. You have to forcibly push them upwards whilst fitting the screw. You have to move the bit with the chunk out above a certain point or it wont hold. Sometimes if you try a slightly bigger screw it works better. I literally spent hours getting mine back in. Usually find I try for half an hour go and have a cuppa and it fits first time! So push up hard and keep it there while putting the screw in, do not put the screw in too far before fitting the bracket. Let me know how you get on.
