I got my XKR 4 months ago, but bought Nigel Thorley's new book (first published April 2011) out of curiosity. It is extremely thorough and provides lots of advice on known issues and common questions (Nikasil, headlight condensation, 4.0 v 4.2 litre, coupé v cabriolet, etc.). It will even prove useful to existing owners (almost as much as Reverend Sam's videos!).

IMHO it's a must-buy for anyone thinking of taking the step. I certainly wish it had been around when I was researching the XKR 6 months ago.
