tire size
hi there,i have 255/40/18s all round never had eny probs with my bridgestone Potenza runflats but not sure if you can go eny wider than that on the front ,other members may give you a better answer.
The 18" Front Rims would be 8" wide and take a 245/45 Tire.
On an 8" wheel 235-245 is ideal, 255 is pushing it but would work. You could go up to a 265 on the 9" rears.

I'm running 255/35 x20 x 9.5 wide D'Vinci Povatti rims all round on my 2000 XKR convertible and the fronts foul the fender , so I'm getting the front rims replaced with 8.5" wide, and run 235/35 x20 on the front. Ive manage to source matching fronts at 8.5" wide, so I'll have a spare set of rears.
What is their offset? You could use 9.5 in rims in the front but the offset can not be lower than 20mm.
