Default variable valve timing sensor seal

Need the seal for that sensor, but I need to know the name?

Is it the Valve Cover washer seal?

BTW: GGG shamed me into fixing this problem, another weekend day shot working on the car.

Weekend day? It takes about 2 minutes flat to unplug the connector, pop out the seal with a screwdriver, wipe off the solenoid, pop in a new seal and plug in the connector.
