Default Water Whoops on 2003

Today I cleaned out my engine bay, I left the top cover on the motor but cleaned up the brake booster area, the computer area, put a fair amount of water on the motor, sprayed in places they prob didn't intend water to go. All evening it has been throwing off and on all kinds of errors. I suspect I got some connections wet causing fault this fault that, turn the car off, back on everything cleared, turn off and back on and have some faults lights, turn off back on and they be gone. I drove it for a bit and parked it in the garage and left the hood open. Hopefully it will settle down.

brgjag, A few days after I bought my XKR I had it detailed. When I picked it up I had the engine light on. Needless to say I was not happy. When I opened the hood it had been "cleaned". After driving it home and it sitting for a night I started it the next morning with no warnings since. I assume, like you, certain areas are not intended to be soaked down.
