Default Wheel offset range - 18"

I'm looking for a unique set of wheels for my 2004 XK8. There are many wheels available with 120 X 5 bolt patterns and I have the ability to open the center bore to the XK8's uniquely large diameter.
The one parameter that I cannot determine is the range of offset that will fit. Can anyone provide me with the range of offset for 18" wheels that will fit?

Sorry don't have the answer for you BUT if you go to 1010tires.com they have several tools online to help you with wheels and tires. At the top tool bar there is a drop down menu with several things such as bolt pattern calculator and an off set calculator. I hope this helps.
I have used it several times while shopping and dreaming of wheel and tire stuff swapping and trading. Dimensions and specs are great things to know. TM

The double 5 wheel has the following specs:
Front:18" x 8" 33mm offset
Rear:18" x 9" 35mm offset

They can easily add 25mm spacers at stock height, which would reduce the offset by 25mm, so that rear 35mm would become 10mm.

Thanks for the information.
Do you have information on max wheel width?
Clearly, with a wheel of 10mm offset would allow fir a 1" wider wheel, given the above. Is more inward width available?

Perhaps the correct question is: What is the maximim wheel width/tire size given a 18" wheel, including the wheel offset?

I'm not planning to get crazy, I'm just interested to understand the limits.

Just plug the info into an offset calculator to get the info you want. Plenty of room to go with a 1" wider wheel, especially if you lower the car.

Given this, how much spacer can be accommodated before longer studs are required?

You DO NOT need longer hub studs if you get the H&R Trak+ wheel spacers.

Correct, H&R does not require extended studs. Heads up, most H&R options are built to order and have a fairly long lead time (6+ weeks).

I have 1 pair (left & right) of 20mm. Which would look good on a stock ride height car with double 5, but lowered cars need 25/30mm. Generally speaking, rear can handle 5mm+ more than front.
