Default Parts and what not

Hi everyone,

New to the Jaguar world and would like some insight on where to buy parts. I tried to find a place to purchase a new front side marker light and ended up buying used off of Ebay. Need to buy a new antenna mast and lots of other small parts so any insight would be great.

Google is your friend. Type the part number into Google and see what turns up. With parts for these old cars becoming harder to find with each passing year, that has become my typical approach....

Here's my list of suppliers that I put together years ago. Some of these places are probably no longer in business. Some of these places give discounts to us Jaguar Forum members so always be certain to ask for one....

SNG Barratt Group (800) 452-4787

Coventry West (800) 331-2193

FCP Euro (877) 634-0063

Motorcars Ltd. (800) 338-5238

Jagbits (888) 524-2487

Terry's Jags (800) 900-2905

Welsh Enterprises (800) 875-5247

Jaguar Heaven (800) 969-4524

Jaguar South (864) 244-1555

Lots of parts are becoming NLA. Often you'll be forced to find good used ones. eBay has been a pretty good source, specifically NOMA Parts. Great service and the parts tend to be in good condition.

It's good to hear that Noma is a good source of used parts. Thanks for the info.

I've purchased several parts for my recently acquired 1998 XK8 trying to get it back to stock condition as well as broken bits.

They are a few hours away in East TX but I still might make a 'road-trip' to shop around on things I might need in the future?

I got a few exterior side lamps and a factory radio from NOMA.
I also bought a heater coolant pump and replaced that when the gearbox was out.

Partsgeek and FCP Euro had some hoses I needed.

Rock Auto is worth looking at for maintenance items.

USPmotorsports has Febi Bilstein Automatic Transmission Fluid - 29738

https://www.antennamastsrus.com/

I just bought a new antenna from this source, which I found on this forum.
I haven't installed yet, but it looks fine.
About $20, they also have the grommet.
Good luck.
