Default Why my XKR is like a bus.

Because I go for ages without anything happening, then all the faults come along at once.

+1 to that. Totally agree Diddion!

Received my car, fixed the problems one at a time, and then every thing is fine for a six months (plus), and then another bunch of problems come along..... Just like buses....

Mine has just been one bus that is apparently being continuously upgraded. At first, I thought it appeared to be

Without change in ownership of the bus line, it became

And now, it's

It turns out that I need to meet all of the passengers personally. Some are belligerent and are reluctant to disembark.

Pretty damn impressive! Since each of those carriages has two floors, that is a total of eight passengers that can be carried safely. I think they will be adopted in all major cities.

Well - OBVIOUSLY!!!! Were you not aware that major city streets will be remodelled as follows:
.
  1. Corners to be straightened in order to take the new buses. Buildings to be demolished where necessary. Especially banks. Special exemption given to car accessory shops.
  2. Cycle lanes then to be extended, widened and repurposed as Jaguar lanes. Speed limits abolished on Jaguar lanes, which are to be fitted with automatic priority traffic lights at intersections.
  3. Cycles and taxis to be banned at all times.
These steps will bring about obvious economic, social and environmental benefits. Before posting, JimmyL, do make sure you keep up with important changes such as the above three!, if you are not to be confused with a driver of an old Skoda (if there are any left).
