Bit more information please .............

Is the car overheating ?
How do you know the fan will not run ?
If you put the AC on - do the fan(s) run then ?
Have you checked fuses ?

No - there isn't a pressure radiator cap on the radiator, but there IS a cap on the coolant reservoir (rear of engine on left-hand side looking forward. What is the level in there - should be up to the neck of the reservoir. Rather than excess pressure or coolant venting to "atmosphere" - there's a separate coolant recovery tank below the right hand side wheelarch.

David's right on the money. Fans always run with ac on. Hope it's above 40degrees F out there. Every car ac I've heard of is intentionally disabled below 40 something degrees.

The fan relays are below the radiator to the left of center but the above posts are correct. There are lots of reasons for the fans not to run before you start taking the relays apart.
