Does anyone knows if the european version of the front coils, Monroe sp1260, works in the american car's model?

 

I've looked at those myself. Too bad they're not available through normal channels here. Where did I see them... Rock Auto? The shipping was a deal-breaker for me. After closer inspection I found that the P.O. had replaced the shocks but neglected to re-install/replace the strike-out bumpers. So, I have new bumpers and boots sitting in the garage awaiting installation. One of these days I'll get caught up enough that I can toss them on and see if they cure my issue - LF tire rubbing the fender liner on long dips.

Oh, back to your question... ;-) I don't see why they wouldn't, the shock mounts and shocks are all the same, n'est-ce pas?
