When I do a search for parts for the XK8 a lot of results come up S-Type what does that mean?

 

Where are you searching for parts? The S-Type is a completely different model of Jaguar from the XK8, though the V8 ones share some engine and transmission parts.

 

It means you need to hone your parts search skills.

GGG, SNG barratt catalogs are a great resource. You might want to check with them I think both SNG and Jagbits reduced their discount to 5% this year. It's been a few months since I ordered parts.
