Yes, my light works, but the housing is crap. I have looked everywhere for one, so I guess it is time to find someone who might have a big enough 3D printer to make them. I was going to do mine till I realized that it was just too big. So, is there anyone out there who could recommend a US-based 3D part-making company? I have made many parts, but this one is just too large.

it is cracked and beyond repair. Light works fine. Again this is for a coupe. My bad this is for the third brake light

 

I was so disappointed when I went looking at the 97 coupe in the junkyard for your part and it was really the only thing that had been removed from the car.

 

Would have been so much better if you had specified the light with a problem in the title ...egit

I too have a 97 xk8 coupe, and my third brake light works fine, but plastic housing is junk and broken. I have after market subwoofer/amp/box in trunk and I had to fold up and stuff cardboard between housing and rear shelf to keep light from vibrating out. Can’t find a housing for the life of me, even a different color I could paint black to match, no luck. Lmk if you find someone to 3d print one or reproduce one, I’m in need!
