Default Jaguar XF Diesel 2.0 180 hp

The diesel variant of the XF has yet to be released (in US) in the 2016 model year (afaik). Should we expect it soon as the 2017s start to come in ?

Also, I know you cannot compare HP when comparing diesel to gas (petrol) engines but should this engine have enough power? I think it may be the only 4 cylinder in the current year XF.

Surely, Whether it is 'enough' depends on what you expect and what you want you do.
I've got a XF 2.2 DT (Australian, 2013 MY) and it's got enough power for me. 4 cylinder.
I could lose my drivers license very easily with this car. It goes fast.
