I had replaced the float in one of my carbs a few years ago and did so successfully without removing the carb from the manifold...I was planning on replacing the sister float now just as general maintenance item but seem to remember that there was some trick to it and or something to be concerned about when doing this without carb removal...however, Mr. Wonderful here can't remember what that tidbit was....any thoughts would be greatly appreciated..
