Aluminum Cooling Pipes - Finally!!
However, I did not find anybody here who would use them yet on a V6. But the plastic ones are the same for V6 and V8, so I hope these will fit. There were fit to F-paces and land rovers tho...

They are not, only the oil pipe. The remaining two are Jaguar Aluminium. Check the part no.

EDIT: Hmmm, I've got the cheap knockoff pipes, no issues but seriously tempted to order these whilst the engine's still torn down...

Yea it's still a big mystery why?
Jaguar started out with Aluminum cooling pipes when the 5.0L came out then 2 years later they released them in plastic and then all the fun started. Although to be fair the first Aluminum pipes did have a failure prone plastic connector between them.
But in 2024 or 2025 JLR has again went back to the Aluminum versions BUT only released with LR part numbers. Almost all parts will usually have a separate LR and a Jaguar part number.
Glad to hear they did release them but still interested in what caused them to do this. Of course why did they stop there? We have the thermostat housing and the rear water manifold plus the oil cooler brick transfer tube in Aluminum in the after market. These have all shown to be failure prone as well.

Do you have F-type? What engine if so? I think they should fit V6, as they fit V6 F-pace, and the plastic pipes in the same for V6 and V8... But I don't think anybody used them yet.
I've replaced this tube about 6 times, current one's alloy. Never had one fail but done as preventative. Nearly all other plastic cooling circuit bits have crumbled at some point on this SCV6 engine (the pipes everyone speaks of aren't the only parts which fail here). What does leak on this outlet pipe are the o-rings. Since new pipes come with new o-rings, for less than $20 it's best to replace the whole thing.
- Replaced mine and have the rear crossover one waiting in the garage
- decided the bare alloy is untidy
- also converted mine to allow fitment of an6 fittings after the hose to the header tank popped off
- ps the silicon was for a headlight on my runaround

Yes they fit. Quite heavy (and very well made) compared to the aftermarket versions. Picked them up yesterday. Main dealer said they were made available November last. Even their service department didn’t know they were available. JLR still
offer the plastic versions at a discount.
@jahummer Thanks for the pics - I like how the new OEM aluminum pipes have cast logos and actually look good. Now ordering mine from a JLR dealer online. I noticed many "OEM"s on eBay without the cast J and LR logos, part number and QR code. Just the cut out JLR part label placed on top to make it look legit. One did have the cast logos but no part number or QR code.
What was your source for the aluminum C2Z18658?

Genuine parts HAVE to meet certain standards of quality (and regulation) AND fitment. Aftermarket (in most instances) and KO parts aren’t required to and are often inferior.
Omg you actually believe jaguar parts are high quality
cheap tata steel
misaligned panels
brittle plastic clips everywhere
brakes that they got from the parts bin
I love my car but it’s a poor man’s supercar

That is a correct statement. Jag’s are economy cars. They’re not super cars and were never intended to be….
