None. But, using a purely empirical approach, unless the master cylinder is a different size on the CCB-equipped cars, they ought to.

I was thinking of offering £250 due to their condition...

the calipers are actually the cheapest/easiest part to source, there's no difference bw any other brembo caliper

the real cost in retro fitting is in the carbon rotors themselves

i do recall reading here someone mention the servo is a different part number when this was brought up in an older post

Correct. But You could always pair these with the standard rotors.

the steel rotors are smaller than the ceramics rotors, so it won't work

steel - 380mm & 376mm
carbon - 398mm & 380mm

i'm sure you can find steel rotors with the same dimensions.
