Coolant in the valley

Default Coolant in the valley

So, I just replaced the water pump, feed tubing, and thermostat. Leaking of course with 54K miles. The upper hose that goes into the lower hose in the valley will be changed out when we pull the blower lid off to do the upper pulley. It was never leaking, but its the old style. I have replacement plastic tube upgrades that I wrapped with 1" carbon fiber and resin. They will never leak unless the o rings go bad. Plus, AN fittings and line for the steam vent overflow tubing. Is there any more plastic parts I should consider changing under the blower while the lid is off? Is there plastic in the back that goes bad or anything underneath I am missing? My expansion tank looks new as well as the cap clicks 3 times easily.

I can't find any decent engine diagrams online. Can someone point me in that direction please. Just trying to ward off anything coolant wise from breaking in the next couple of years.

BTW, Ill be one of few that has done the upper and lower pulleys, air intake, full exhaust, and tune on here. by this coming Tuesday.

On the upper hose I drilled out the front clip fitting and screwed in a brass fitting that included a barb fitting for ease of install and kept the lower clip fitting due to the location and ease of removal for that too if needed.

I think you misunderstood my humor. I've owned v6's before, Built them, and found out that they are nice, but not powerful enough for me. So lighten up man?

The word used was "wish" not "could". Intentional disparagement of lowly V-6 or, horrors, 4 cyl. drivers.

Factually accurate though. I'm sure some people wish they had an F-Type of any engine size!

Anyways, Heres the culprit. Lower hose fitting in the valley. Poor quality and manufacturing.
