Does anyone use their Headlamp Washers
So...for this mod I'd rather focus on good rather than evil.
I really find Mlebofsky's idea to be intriguing:
The very next time it rains (which I hope is quite some while inasmuch as it has rained practically non-stop here since last Thursday, what with Florence being quite an unwelcome guest who was wont to leave) I shall park the car outside, engage the wipers and brave the elements to watch the procedure.
BTW, attempted a trip to the grocery in Pawleys Island a couple hours ago and had to retreat due to water covering the entirety of Hwy 17--just not ready to drive through a foot or more of water just to buy some bananas. Now, if I was out of bourbon....

I've had several cars with the headlight washers and none have ever come on. Maybe it's because I never use the windshield washers and practically never drive my convertibles in the rain. I say practically, but I don't remember the last time. My tops stay down year round.

So the consensus is that there isn't a simple fuse that can be pulled to disable the headlight washers and that physically clamping off the fluid supply hose under the bumper is the only option to stop them from spraying?
When I was in the Air Force after we fixed component level repairs we always said time to do the magic smoke test..
now a days folks don't know what component level repairs are, just all black box or card swaps.
When the magic smoke leaves a electrical device, you can not put it back in.. it is now broken..
Didn't Porsche do the headlight washer thing first? Absolutely worthless feature. Like I want nasty soap streaks down the whole car just to get maybe 20% better light visibility. Plus who drives in the rain - eww! lol
