DRS not working
the spoiler button doesn't seem to be working for the past few days I have tried it in many different situations (park, drive, different speeds , etc) I remember it working when I got the car about 2 weeks ago. It does pop up when reaching the right speed just not with the button, what am I missing ?
Have you tried holding down the button, rather than quickly pressing it? I noticed that the spoiler's actuation on my car isn't intuitive either. I have to try it a few times in order to get it to work properly (though in 3 months I may have manually deployed it a total of 4 times).

If it still deploys automatically once the car exceeds 60 MPH, then it sounds like a faulty switch. If the car is still under warranty (which it should be), then you should absolutely bring it in. I'd suggest making a punch list of EVERY issue the car may be having and getting them fixed for free; I mean, why not?
My car is a 2014 V8 S and I bring it in for EVERY SINGLE niggle and inconvenience. I want the car to be in the best condition possible before the warranty expires. You paid a lot for your car and everything should work as expected.

yeah it does pop up after 60mph, I suppose you're right I just made an appointment. Will update with result on friday.

For my car, a 2016 coupe S, it has to be with the ignition on, you can't manually raise it while you are driving or the engine is idling, it is called "cleaning mode" and it is there to lift up the spoiler with the ignition on to wash right under.
Per the owner's manual (and my experience) the button on the Coupe is only functional with the ignition on and the car at a standstill. Otherwise it automatically goes up at 70mph and back down at 50. The sole purpose of the button is to raise the spoiler to clean underneath. (or to stencil "Bye, Bye!" on the underside).
If I remember correctly, the US coupe can only deploy at speed, since the spoiler sticks out a fraction of an inch beyond the rear bumper, and can thus be a danger when backing into a pedestrian. Thank you Federal Government.
If you really enjoy backing into pedestrians, you've got to get something classic, with lethal tail fins. This new stuff just doesn't cut it (pun intended).
Anything called "Dart" gets the Pedestrian Safety Seal of (Dis)Approval.
And, if you want to properly ****, on the vert you can raise/lower the spoiler manually below 40MPH. At least, on the 2014 you can.
The owner's manual specifies that can be done on the vert...not on the coupe. But not why?!?
you can only deploy the spoiler on a coupe when standing still. i was stuck at this conundrum a few days as well. I think the reason behind it is rear visibility on the coupe. Non-moving deployment allow you to clean or service around the area.
You make an excellent point. The vert spoiler is much shorter (but wider), allowing better visibility than the coupe spoiler when deployed.
