Default Electronics issues

I just acquired a 2016 F-Type Base V6 Convertible and have 3 issues:
1-Preset FM Radio Stations; I can set them, but if I turn off and exit the vehicle, when I return, the presets are gone.
2-Sub(woofer); does not work, pressing + or - across the scale has no effect on sound.
3-Navigation; does not work
I am on Maui and have no Jaguar dealer here. Can anyone help?

Is the battery fully charged?
I've had a few strange issues with various electronics in the car over the years, but I can't remember any that weren't ultimately solved by hooking the battery up to my "smart" charger/maintainer overnight.
Worth a shot.

After you exit the vehicle make sure the warning triangle on the dashboard goes out after ten minutes. If it does not your battery is being drained. To fix that you need to disconnect the ground lead on the battery for a minute to reset the battery management system.

From what I can tell, there are many Jaguar dealers that are underwater, so perhaps one will float by one of these days.

Battery reads 12.8v to 13.0v, so not that. I was wondering if anyone may have had similar issues and hoping there might actually be technicians on this forum.

I think the first step would be to get the car scanned with the Jaguar dealer level diagnostics which is called SDD? Independent shops and us individuals can also run this but it's not too common. Any chance you have a good independent import car repair shop? Might even be better than a dealer?

Sorry Bam - sounds like the head unit is messed up or maybe the prior owner tried to add an aftermarket Apple Car play or something. No NAV, no preset memory, and no subwoofer makes me think someone pulled the NAV unit and didn't hook it back up right - and considering that everything else is ok with the electronics in the car.

Do the steering wheel buttons for the radio adjust the radio (volume, etc.)? I'd try finding a replacement Nav/Radio head unit. It doesn't sound like a battery or random "electrical" gremlin.
