First off I did a search and got no returns. Does anyone know the location of the fuse for the ambient lighting on a 2016 Jaguar F-Type?

You can try #57 (red) 10A in the pass. Footwell. That controls the glove box and reading lights...May also have the ambience lights as well?

If you don’t find the passenger footwell fuse panel, it’s under the carpet. Took me a while to find it.

Are you talking about the lighting in the door pockets or the footwell lighting? Either way, both lights are not fused, but hard-wired into CJB.

 

Is your ambient lighting not coming on? I created a thread regarding this. On my base 2015, 2016 and 2017 F-TYPEs, the CJB needed to be replaced.

Do any of the ambient lighting work. Had a short to ground that took out some of the lighting before.

 

I'm not sure whats going at the JLR factory, but for whatever reason, US market base F-TYPEs don't have the ambient lighting activated even though its specified on the build sheet for the cars. I had the CJB replaced on my 2015,2016 and now 2017 F-TYPE. Once replaced, the ambient lighting worked.
