JLR Coolant Spec

JLR Coolant Spec
My handbook shows the coolant spec as STJLR.651.5003.
Prestone Pink AF6400 for European cars indicates it is good for Jags after 1998 but I am unable to find any coolant that references the JLR spec.
Has anyone been able to match the JLR spec to a particular coolant?

I also found a refernce from another Jag site that identified 2 coolants which clearly state they meet STJLR.651.5003
These are:
Pentosin Pentofrost SF
Fuchs Maintain Fricofin LL
Both are readily available and at under $20 for 1.5 liters of concentrate are less than the $40/liter at my dealer.
