But if it's like you just described above, then it'd' be proper launch control. So for which model were the instructions you posted??? Just curious.
Exactly, something is not adding up and I'm getting annoyed that Cgo's car does something that mine will not. It has to be connected to New Hampshire's "live free or die" motto!

Be nice to your rear diff.....it is expensive to repair. I have a V6S with the same ediff and such as the R...the R's and SVR's have their torque exactly at the limit of the zf8HP70. Not a coincidence that from the factory the tuning is this way....I am quite sure Jaguar could have tuned the cars for more power...

Nup, the V6S doesn't have the e-diff, instead it has a mechanical LSD (while the base has an open diff).
And I'm fairly sure it's not the engine tune in play instead it's the TCM (transmission control module) telling the PCM (powertrain control module) to cut back on the torque under certain conditions.

Thanks. Had read that the AWD V6S had the ediff but frankly am happy to have the mechanical if true....in theory easier to fix long term....in theory.....

The next subtitle said to enable dynamic mode and basically do a brake/torque launch. This video was a test drive of the 2024 R.
