M-PS4S pressures?
Having just fitted my Porterfield pads all round, flushed the fluid out and replaced with DOT 5.1 (higher boiling temp) brake fluid, thought it high time to put on a set of Mich boots.
I'm running 10mm wider front and back, and don't think that the volumetric difference would be an issue, and they do look fab with the 17mm hubcentric spacers on too!
I'm interested to know what pressures guys with Mich's fitted have been running for day to day driving.
The P0's were 37 all round so that will be my starting point.

(Just a question)
Is it legitimate to compared street tire pressures based on any difference in load carrying capacity marked on the sidewall?
So if the MAX LOAD RATING on the outside of the tire is the same for the Pirellis and the Michelins, no action would be required. If you went bigger (305s VS OEM 295s in the rear), you might be able to DROP a PSI or two. Our 295-size PZeros are rated 1809 lbs. in the back.
Anyway, don't go dropping the PSI much, as the TPMS system surely doesn't know that you changed tire sizes.

I don't have a V6/V8, but I always keep an eye on the wear. Mostly wear is less in the centre and more on the edges, also if you don't drift every corner..
So I put 'all-fours' about 5PSI higher. I do this with all my cars and I get fairly high milages from the tyres this way. Ride is a bit harder though, and if
you have very low ratio [ large wheels ] tyres, it could be too much for your comfort.

Thanks for the replies.
I always ran the OE P0's at 37psi all round as per the Jag recommendations.
After 15k miles the rears are down to the wear indicators plus a bit, and the wear was more prevalent on the inner 2/3rd of the tyre width.
I assume this down yo the rear camber angle?
Fronts have 5-6mm left on them.
I think with the Michs I'll start at 38 as suggested and adjust down from there by feel.
Roll on Spring!

I'm running - Fronts: 265/35 ZR20 Rears: 305/30 ZR20 so a little wider than standard front/back.
As an update, I'm currently running 36PSI all round cold. After spirited driving they raise to about 40-41PSI Max with Ambient at 15-17C. I guess this will be a long term test as I cannot really tell any difference from 38PSI - how to find the sweet spot?
The grip levels on the Michs seem to make the car pull to the right under full throttle from standstill as opposed to try and spin the rears as they did with the P0's!
Feels a bit like a drag car now ;-)
