Hey y'all. As of Saturday the 23rd, I'm the proud owner of a new (to me) 2014 F-type V8S! It still hasn't sunk in yet that I own a semi-exotic, semi-exclusive British sports car! This thing is absolutely amazing and a complete stunner! Well, just wanted to introduce myself. I live in Augusta Georgia and can't wait to take this beast to the next Cars and Coffee!

I'm curious how the S-04s will run on this car now that Bridgestone makes them in that size. I used to run the S-03's on my first Honda S2000 which were OEM and then later the RE050 on my second Honda S2000.

 

Every year I can pick up to 10 family members or friends to send a discount code for one set of tires and four services. The discount isn't as aggressive as mine, but it has saved my sister a lot of money over the years. I never send out all 10, so if any of you are close to buying some tires, let me know and I might be able to help you out. Just remember, our tires sizes and rating is harder to get/lower availability. Also, they have to be purchased at a Firestone Mastercare center or Tires Plus.

 

Hopefully they don't have to be mounted there as well. Our local Tires Plus turned my MINI wheels into garbage.

Just for humor! I'm a former sailor and I work in industrial maintenance. The conversations that go on during the wee hours of the morning in the break room can be quite raunchy and graphic. Porndexter was a nickname unwillingly bestowed upon me by one of my crazy co-workers. I like it because it's always available as a username/login, so I guess he did me a favor! Now if I really was in the adult industry, I probably could've gotten a new 2016 F-type!

 

I do believe that they have to be mounted and balanced there. Out of all the locations local to me, I only trust one. I have a pretty good relationship with the manager and he makes sure the techs handle my wheels with care. There are a couple of customization shops here that have the special tire mounting machines that don't damage expensive/ custom wheels but I would have to pay the higher price for mounting and balancing (my discount includes free M&B).

Good luck with your car. I like Bridgstones, have them on many of my cars. I tend to go through tires almost as fast as I go through cars.

 

Ha! From what I'm told it's the opposite now. Unless you are own one of the big tube sites if you are in the adult industry you'd be happy to drive a new Civic! The industry has been slaughtered over the last 5 years or so. At one point I had an idea and considered dipping my toe in but thankfully came to my senses before the wallet left the pocket. One of my friends made the opposite choice and came out of it with a great story but missing a couple F-Types worth of funds.
