after the car was without a battery for 6 months, now the ignition does not turn on! the central locking does not work!

working just hazardlight, parking light and navigation !

 

Clean both Positive (+) & Negative (-) battery cable terminals with sand paper. Then clean it with dry cloth. If the battery is not new do the same to the battery terminals. Now, attach the Positve (+) terminal first and Negative (-) to the battery. Then start the engine. Note: Battery must be fully charge. If it didn't start, have the battery tested (even though you bought it new) at any of auto parts store such as AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA , AAP. Battery test is free of charge on these outlets nationwide.

The car was running before, right? Then check the fuses. You must have a multitester to complete this task.

If the central locking system does not work, could it be the Key FOB might not be communicating? Use only Duracell or Energizer (CR2032) coin batteries and buy only from a good known source.
How about using the other Key Fob that came with the car. See if that will work

 

battery in fob is new ... where is located GWM ? gateway module ?
