Default Project 7 Urgent advice needed

I have just had a call out of the blue to say that I have been offered the opportunity to be the proud owner of a Project 7 car due to a cancelled order

now the but!
due to a house extension I have knocked down my garage so it means the car would be parked in my locked drive however staying in Aberdeen Scotland the weather is frankly s..t

there isn't any lock ups nearby to me so I am clutching at straws to gauge peoples opinion on if the Bimini roof is attached and I then put an expensive cover over the car would this protect it enough.

You can get trickle chargers obviously but could a small heater be placed in the car and would that help

This seems desperate guys but I cant believe I may have to lose out on this for this reason

You need a temporary garage (like a framed tent for a car) they make them in various sizes (link below the pic):

Say yes, then worry about the garaging part later. Suspect they'll want an answer from you in a few days......

don't know what the bad weather is like over there, but if vandalism/theft is not a worry, I think a good quality car cover should be fine. Or if you are really worried, one of those temp. tents/canopies. Don't think it even needs to be fully enclosed. As long as the tent/canopy has a roof. Are you expecting hail? Wind and water with a good car cover should be fine. Hail....that's another story....

I have a convertible not a project 7, but I also don't have a garage. I bought a custom made car cover which fits beautifully only takes a minute to put on and take off and really protects the car well.

I have a Carcoon for storing my Harley Davidson in my uncovered driveway. It's really good, and they several different sizes for indoors and out.

I'm sure that works great in your very nice temperate climate. I don't think it would be terribly effective in Scotland or where I live. I'd hate to rely on that for a new Project 7 in a wet, sometimes frozen climate.

My vote goes to the storage locker. I had to store a couple of my cars for about a year, recently, when I was building a new house, and found them to be a nice, fairly cost-effective solution.

They also had this white/green(grey?) one at the LA Auto Show. My favorite is still that blue/white one.

I don't know . . . red is pretty tempting on that car, but I think he's already had to make his choice.
