Just making you aware, because my car ended up being a lemon, i am having to sell off all the 670 hp project predator upgrade package parts. I paid a cringeworthy $15750 for them, they are all listed individually but the total if you bought them all is under $8000. The quality of workmanship can be verified by even it's competitors at VAP. This js the preeminent company in the UK doing tunes. I thought the predator package was the upgraded supercharger and intercooler? The kit you have appears to be the

I have read the V6 supercharger will only handle 2lb of boost more. Is this true? No, the charger can run a lot more boost than just 2lbs, if the charger was ported and polished it would flow even more air we currently do with the uprated supercharger and crank pulley kit we supply.

The lower crank pully that you offer. It's aluminium, or steel? Is the pully balanced and does it have mass damping? The pulleys are balanced during the manufacturing process. It is an added bonus if you can get the supercharger crank pulley and aux pulley balanced together for 100% peace of mind. However, we have fitted hundreds of our conversion kits for track cars, fast cars, show cars and everything in between cars and have never had a balancing issue from just fitting the new supercharger crank pulley.

Charge cooler. Who is the manufacturer? What are the dimensions/difference form OEM. What cooling difference will it provide over OEM? The charge-cooler is our own product and is manufactured by our engineering company. The charge-cooler is around 25%+ deeper as it cannot be made any wider or taller due to location restrictions. This is inline with how JLR run uprated coolers as standard on the Range Rover supercharged engines. This will not make the supercharger colder, but it will help reduce the rate of increase of the temp in the charger. Given the higher rpm rate of the charger its something that we strongly advice is fitted.

Replacing the air filters. Would a Cold Air Intake be better than just replacing the air filters? What air filters are you using? What is the airflow difference? The air filters are really a throttle response improvement and an audio improvement. On some cars you can hear a little more induction noise. The panel filters will not provide a hp gain but do help the car respond a little sharper.

Top supercharger pulley. How touchy will the throttle be and will this change not overspeed the supercharger? This will not cause the throttle to be too sensitive at all, it will however help provide the mid-range torque and hp delivery the engine desperately wants to have.

 

I wouldn't bother with the upper pulley on the v6, the percentage in size difference is pretty negligible so doesnt give you a lot more power
unlike the v8 upper pulley.
