Default Removing panels behind seats

I have a rattle in my R coupe around the telematics control unit, which is behind the center console. I found the general source of the rattle, but I'll need to remove the panels behind the seats to investigate some more. Does anyone know if it's difficult to remove these panels or if there's anything to look out for?

Look for a Topic regarding accessing the subwoofer, or one of the many discussion of rattling bass sounds...

It's not coming from the subwoofers. It's the telematics unit that is causing the rattle but I'll check those out.
