Speed sensitive volume??
Thanks for that note on adjusting things with top up and down. I'll play with that a bit, never had that in my previous verts but I can't say I ever thought it'd be needed - certainly not like speed sensitive volume.
Regarding automatic volume adjustment - described in varying ways as a standard feature of the F-Type:
From the 2014 Canadian brochure, the sounds systems "use Meridian Cabin Correction's advanced algorithm to redefine the operating parameters and ensure that the audio experience is superbly consistent - roof up and roof down."
From the 2016 Canadian brochure: " This state-of-the-art system also features Dynamic Volume Control, which compensates for changes in sound levels within the car to ensure that audio quality is always consistent - top up or top down."
From the 2018 Canadian brochure: "Dynamic Volume Control compensates for changes in sound levels, so you hear consistent sound through....speakers."

Nice. Mine is superbly consistently not very good.
I have the 380W system - I can hear the volume change when I drop the roof, but I can’t really tell if it’s doing anything else.

Well, the wording I cited in my previous posting from the Canadian brochures suggests that it is automatic, not selectable…surely that is what “automatic” implies?
For clarity - there IS an automatic volume adjustment for 'verts when the top is raised or lowered.
There is NO volume adjustment based on speed (which some cars have on coupes as well as convertibles).

For additional clarity - there’s no setting for this (at least with the 380W system), it just happens.
