Default Squeaky noise when driving slowly (brake pads?)

I have a bit over 14,000 miles on my F type and have noticed that when I am driving between 8 and 14 mph there is a lite squeak sound coming from what seems to be the front drivers side wheel. Could this be an accumulation of brake dust and can I remedy it by a few acceleration with hard braking?

I am having a set of Conti extreme DW put on later this week, so I can mention it to the mechanics.

I have a similar issue and believe it to be brake dust, I have occasional squeaks with low speed braking. It pretty much always goes away after cleaning and yes it is generally improved with a reasonably hard stop or two. Brakes work great and the squeaks don't bother me too much. A switch to low-dust pads would probably help.

Unfortunately, none seem to be available for the F-Type yet.

I've never been able to understand the need for dozens (if not more) varieties of (size/shape of) brake pads. You would think the requirement could be whittled down to a handful of standard sizes.

Same goes for oil filters.

There's always "bedding in" process once in awhile.

many times the issue is a miscalibration of the parking brake after a brake job. Battery has to be reset.

Yes I am aware. Many people Google car problem symptoms and reach these unresolved threads far after the threads have been posted and closed. So I thought I'd add to it, just in case someone is experiencing similar issues. I think its better than starting a new thread.
